About the Owners

Tracey Themne, a founding member of the Orchids & Pearls team, brings nearly a decade of event planning and marketing experience to each of the projects she manages. Extraordinary organizational and planning skills combined with an eye for delicate details and a passion for designing extraordinary events makes her an invaluable member of your event production team.  Prior to launching Orchids & Pearls, Tracey worked for various national non-profit organizations managing trade shows, meetings & conventions, public events, festivals and more.  She enjoys spending time with her family and experiencing new cultures through world travel.

Amirah Corbitt, a founding member of the Orchids & Pearls  team, has a unique ability to merge the desires of her clients with her knowledge of event planning trends to create an extraordinary event design. She brings a fresh perspective, remarkable new ideas, an understanding of modern style, as well as venerable classics, and a keen sense of detail. Previous to joining Orchids & Pearls, Amirah spent nearly 10 years coordinating various conferences, meetings, public and private events, and much more. She anticipates working with you, your family, and your business associates in planning your next event.
